Prior to joining Focus, J.P. was a Senior Director for The Irvine Company where J.P. and his team were responsible for the leasing, marketing, and key financial performance of an approximate 9,000,000 SF office and industrial portfolio. As Senior Director, he was an integral part of the acquisitions team that spearheaded the purchase of approximately 750,000 SF of Class A office, valued in excess of $300,000,000.

Prior to joining the Irvine Company, J.P. co-led Cushman & Wakefield’s San Diego Institutional Office Leasing Team, which oversaw approximately 3,000,000 square feet of suburban and high-rise office. During his tenure, his team provided strategic underwriting for over $500,000,000 in investment sales. His most notable Landlord clients included The Irvine Company, Blackstone Group/Equity Office Properties, Hines, The Prudential Insurance Companies of America, CBRE Global Investors, Lone Star Funds, and RREEF/Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management.
