Patrick Byrd
Principal
Patrick Byrd is Principal and Co-Founder at Focus Commercial Real Estate, specializing in investment strategy. He and his founding partners began the firm with the vision of building client relationships based on trust and experience. Patrick attributes his success to the people with whom he surrounds himself.
In addition to founding Focus, Patrick also manages and invests in a large portfolio of real estate for several groups of people who own storage facilities, offices and duplexes. He has been participating in real estate projects for over 20 years.
Patrick is a Fort Smith native who moved to Rogers in 2009. Graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in human resources.
