Shelli Gurganus is our esteemed Residential Portfolio Manager here at Focus Commercial Real Estate. She is a part of our property management team, focusing on the multi-family and residential aspect of ourcompany. Shelli and Butch, her husband and founder of Focus Commercial Real estate, moved here18years ago to be closer to family in Oklahoma and quickly realized they have become apart of a fast-growing community in the mid-west.

 

Before working with Focus, Shelli’s organization skills made her an asset to Boy Scouts of America’s local chapter in several roles. For three of her seven years commitment to them, she served as Pack Committee Chair-a job with numerous responsibilities that ensured the 100-member pack ran smoothly. Shelli is known to those around her as easy-going, patient, and generous; three traits that served her well during her 18 years tenure as a volunteer for the PTO a local school. Shelli served as Special Needs Aid at Thomas Jefferson for four years, gaining a great understanding of the local area and becoming well known in the community.
